Dialing # at anytime returns to the main Greeting Box
On the Left Column Expand "Call Management > Opening Boxes" as shown below:
The Main greeting that a user will arrive at is the Opening Box. To change the greeting, Click on the "Greetings Tab". To set what the different keys dial to, select "One-key Dialing". Screen shots of each Below:
Greetings:
The Greeting is set to route back to itself if no option is selected. Different time schedules can also be set if needed. This was not implemented prior to our changes and we opted to not implement it at this time. To listen to or upload a different greeting, Click the time stamp (00:45).
One-key Dialing:
This is where the number presses are routed. 1 which goes to 555 is the dial by directory. For key-presses 2 - 9, some route directly to a user's extension and some route to extensions that point to Transaction Boxes which act as sub menus in the phone tree.
Transaction Boxes:
To view a Transaction Box extension, Expand the Transaction Box Sub Menu and select profile. By default you are taken to the Transaction Box for 270. To change which Transaction Box you are editing, click the Search icon in the upper Right had corner. This will allow you to search by Transaction Box name or by Transaction Box Number.
Select Search:
You can click the Dropdown to find by name or by ID or if you leave the search box blank, and select 'Find', all Transaction Boxes will be listed.
Once you have selected the transaction box that you would like to work with, there are 5 tabs that have different types of changes that you can make. Each is reviewed below with the example Transaction Box 404:
Profile:
The profile Tab Contains generic information about that specific Transaction Box
Call Transfer:
On my call with TwinState, we did not review review the Call Transfer tab but it appears that it is an auto Transfer if no option is selected. Have not confirmed this.
Greetings:
This is where the audio file with the prompts can be reloaded, again by clicking the Time Stamp (00:19). By using the alternate greeting the system auto reminds that clicking '#' will return to main menu and then ends the call.
Messages:
We did not review or make any changes on my call with TwinState
One-Key Dialing:
This is where you set the key prompts for each number press. As you can see here, these can also map to other Transaction boxes for additional sub menus or can map directly to an extension.
