1. Receive Hard Drive from someone in transportation. At the writing of this, Probably Jason Sproul or Richard Margency
2. Install Evidence manager Software on your computer. The instillation can be found on our file server "\\sencay.net\mozaic\Installs$\Evidence manager" or by going to:

Sign in with UN: customer PW: security
Scroll down until you see the "Current Software Updates" category, and select Evidence Manager.
You can choose between EM 64-bit and EM 32-bit. Please remember to check the 'customer release notes' to confirm which version is compatible with your DVR. (The 64 bit version worked as of 3/28/2025)
3. Once you finish the install, connect the Hard drive to your laptop with the Hard Drive reader provided by Safe Fleet. If is in the Infrastructure Engineer's office.
4. This will be able to pull up playback of the hard Drive.
5. From here you can export the date and time of footage that you are interested in reviewing.
6. The file type of the export is .TH8Caddy.avs and can be reviewed through the Evidence Manager Software.
7. Richard Margency has the software on his laptop to be able to view the footage of this file extension type. Put the exported video file in his H Drive in the folder called Bus Videos (\\sencay.net\mozaic\usershome\rmargensey\Bus Videos).
8. Make sure to name the video file something unique and containing the date that the video was taken from.
